The open-air museum Den Fynske Landsby takes you back to the 1800s. The museum has recreated an environment with the characteristic half-timbered houses and flowering gardens with fences and livestock that were so well-known on Funen The husband works in the fields, the smith is hard at work in the forge and the women are busy in the kitchen, in the garden or doing needlework.
