Glad Zoo

Glad Zoo in Lintrup near Ribe is a zoo for the entire family where you can get close to about 80 different animal species. Here you can experience bird shows with birds of prey (during high season), a tropical house with snakes and spiders, a "petting zoo" and butterfly garden. You can also see monkeys, kangaroos, llamas and Asian wild dogs.

The dedicated staff will happily tell you about the animals and the park. There are daily speaks about the animals, where the zookeepers share their great knowledge of animals.

 At Glad Zoo you will find large playgrounds and covered dining areas where you can enjoy your packed lunch. You can also buy food and drink at the kiosk and grill.

 For groups, company events etc. the zoo offers tours, birds of prey shows, lectures and courses, as well as the opportunity to extend opening hours to the evening for closed events.
