The owner, Michael Grantland, originates from Hvide Sande. He is an educated chef and has an immense experience from several renowned restaurants both at home and abroad.

Lunch and evening menus

For lunch you can enjoy a “stjerneskud”, fried plaice fillets, a stirred tartar or the restaurant's marinated herring.

The evening menu card offers two different menus with numerous smaller dishes consisting of fish, seafood and meat.

Whether you come for lunch or dinner, our friendly staff always focus on creating a positive atmosphere in the cozy areas.

Children's menu

Kommandobroen by Grantland is a child-friendly restaurant with a rich menu for the youngest part of the family.

Among other things, the children can dig in a delicious plaice fillet with fries or rye bread, a crispy chicken with fries or a batch of pasta with meat sauce.

Of course, the menu also contains desserts for the children, where Kommandobroen by Grantland offers a delicious vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
