Aqua Vitae Sydfyn

Aqua Vitae Sydfyn is Denmark’s first distillery specializing in the production of fruit aquavit of the eau-de-vie type.

The fruit aquavit is made from produce grown on South Funen – including apples, plums, pears and cherries.

The farm shop doesn’t have fixed opening hours. It’s open when we’re home - which is almost always!

It is also possible to have a tour of the distillery. These are only done by appointment and it is possible to book a tour with tasting or with tasting and refreshments.
