The childhood home of Carl Nielsen

15 kilometres south of Odense you’ll find the childhood home of Carl Nielsen. The house was Carl Nielsen’s third and last childhood home and was converted to a museum in 1956. The museum shows the story of Carl Nielsen’s childhood as well as the home’s work and musical life which was pivotal in Carl Nielsen’s development as a musician and composer. 

The museum also has a small shop with a selection of books and CDs.
