DCU - Camping Rørvig Strand

DCU-Camping Rørvig Strand is a modern, family-friendly campsite surrounded by pine forest and located only 200 meters from one of Denmark’s best beaches. The area around the campsite is idyllic and offers both meadows, forests, fields and beaches. 

Facilities
On the campsite you’ll find a modern bathroom, a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, common room with TV and a roofed barbeque pit.
There are plenty of opportunities for the children to have a good time and meet new friends on the large playground which features jumping pillows, a jungle gym, a playing field, petanque, a multi-purpose sports court and chess.

The campsite also has a small kiosk with the most basic necessities.

Excursions
Nykøbing Sjælland is only 2,5 km away and 6 km in the other direction you’ll find Rørvig which has a small ferry landing where you can take the ferry to Hundested.
If you get tired of relaxing in the dunes, Sommerland Sjælland and the Anneberg-collections are some of the most popular attractions in the area.

Spending the night
If you do not have your own camper, you can rent one of DCU-Camping Rørvig Strand’s five large huts. All huts have a dining area/living room, a bedroom for 6, electrical heating, fridge, coffee machine and kitchen necessities. The campsite also has smaller huts for 3-4 people.
