DCU - Copenhagen Camp "Absalon"

Go on a camping holiday in the middle of a big city. DCU-Copenhagen Camp “Absalon” is located only 8 kilometres from the centre of Copenhagen and offers a great opportunity for combining comfort and adventure.

Facilities
The campsite has two facility buildings with free warm water, fitness room and all the modern facilities a campsite should have. It also has wireless internet.
At the campsite you’ll find a kiosk with the most basic necessities as well as freshly baked bread in the morning. There are also several play areas for the children with jumping pillows, table tennis, multi-purpose court and chess.

Excursions
The area offers plenty of excursion possibilities and if you want to go to Copenhagen there are good connections with bus as well as train. If you prefer nature, you should visit Copenhagen’s old citadel Vestvolden, which is located directly behind the campsite. 

Spending the night
If you do not have your own camper, you can rent one of the campsite’s 45 huts which all have bath and toilet.
