Fyns Badestrand (Funen's Bathing Beach)

Fyns Badestrand is a large and wide sand beach, that was created when constructing Vestbroen (the first part of the bridge from Funen to Zealand). As the water gets deep rather quickly, the beach is ideal for swimming.  

 

The beach is wheel-chair accessible and provides toilets, a volleyball court, a playground, benches, a fireplace as well as a kiosk with different refreshments.
