Rold Forest

Rold Forest is Denmark’s second largest forest – and one of the most beautiful. The forest offers many stunning hiking trails – especially of you take the routes around Store Økssø Lake. If you prefer speed, Rold Forest is perfect for you as it is a paradise for MTB-riders. The forest offers trails with varying levels of difficulty and lengths. 

The forest also offers experiences and adventures for children – particularly if you visit Røverknolden or Arden nature playground.
