At Slagter Byskovs Café & Steakhouse we care about one thing: fresh ingredients. That is why all the meat we serve comes directly from our own butcher’s shop. In this way, we can guarantee that you will get a food experience of the highest quality. 

Breakfast and lunch

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner all year round. Throughout the week we offer an exquisite breakfast buffet, and for lunch you can sink your teeth into Danish delicacies such as pan-fried plaice fillet, the traditional Smørrebrød and a variation of seafood platters and tapas. If you are hungry for something else, we also serve sandwiches and salads. 

Evening menu – High-quality meat from our own butcher’s shop

For dinner you of course have every opportunity to get yourself some high-quality meat directly from our butcher’s shop. We also serve a variety of fish dishes and burgers, if this is what you please. In addition, we can also provide a range of child-friendly dishes.
