Slagter Christiansen (Butcher Christiansen)

On beautiful Fanø you'll find Slagter Christiansen - where good ingredients and old traditions are paramount.  The traditions have been passed down for four generations and the great emphasis on craftsmanship make Slagter Christiansen something truly special. Among other things the butcher is known for their smoked leg of lamb, fennel sausage, beer sausage and not least their Fanø ham.

Slagter Christiansen is part of the collaboration "Friland and Danish Crown". The collaboration includes some of Denmark's best butchers. The aim is to promote the great traditions and craftsmanship.
