Aalborg Zoo

Aalborg Zoo was established in 1935 and has approx. 400.000 visitors each year. There are over 100 different exotic animals here. Aalborg Zoo is the only zoo in Denmark where it is possible to see the African elephant, the Borneo-orangutan and the Asian lion. The park is open all year and is only a 15 minute car drive from Aalborg city centre.

 

Aalborg Zoo has several areas where you can sit down and enjoy your packed lunch. It is also possible to buy food in the zoo.

Dogs are allowed in the zoo but must be kept on a leash at all times.
