Blåvand Zoo

In the cosy holiday town Blåvand lies a wonderful zoo where great experiences for the entire family await. The zoo is home to 400 animals – everything from animals you can pet, like horses, pigs, donkeys, rabbits, goats and guinea pigs to more exotic animals like various monkeys, zebras, ostriches, camels and many, many more. Blåvand is also the only zoo in Denmark with red giant kangaroos and white lions. You’ll also find pony riding and snake shows in the zoo.

Blåvand Zoo is perfect for children. There are pushcarts available free of charge and playgrounds for fun and games. You are welcome to bring your own food which you can enjoy in the cafeteria and around the zoo. Dogs are also welcome – they must be on leash, though.
