DCU-Camping Blommehaven

Only a few kilometres from Denmark’s second largest city lies picturesque DCU-Camping Blommehaven – in the middle of Marselisborg Forest and with a view of Aarhus Bay and the lovely beaches. 

Facilities
Blommehaven has its own beach with a bathing jetty and offers high quality service facilities with, among other things, a family bathroom and children’s bathrooms.
The campsite has plenty of activities for children such as a playground, a climbing wall, jumping pillows, a playing field and an indoor playground for toddlers. It also offers a lovely area with a kitchen and a dining area for campers in tent. Furthermore, the campsite has a kiosk where you can buy freshly baked bread in the morning as well as other groceries.

Excursions
With only 5 kilometres to the centre of Aarhus, guests at the campsite have easy access to everything the city has to offer – cafés, shopping and cultural experiences. There is a cycle path from Marselisborg Forest to the city centre, but you can also go in the opposite direction and cycle the 4 kilometres to Moesgaard Beach or Moesgaard Museum. If you prefer nature, you can take walks in the area around Marselisborg Forest or visit the deer park.

Spending the night
If you do not have your own camper, you can rent one of Blommehaven’s lovely huts. All the huts are well-equipped with TV, own patio as well as cold and warm water.

Dogs are welcome at Blommehaven but must be kept on a leash and walked outside the campsite.
