Hoverdal Dog Forest
In 2015, the Federal Office for Nature Conservation and the Association of the Hover-Thorsted Community were able to inaugurate the new beautiful Hoverdal Dog Forest. The forest spans over nine hectares, which means that both the dogs and their owners have plenty of space. The entrance to the dog forest is near Præstevej and Sørupvej. The entire dog forest is fenced, so that your dog can walk around freely. However, out of consideration for other guests, it is important that you have your dog under control.
The forest also offers nature trails, which can among others things be used for jogging or just a lovely walk.
