Danhostel Fjaltring

In the village, Fjaltring lies the smallest hostel in Denmark, Danhostel Fjaltring. The local inhabitants, who also operate it with voluntary work, founded the hostel. This small, cozy hostel is located in the middle of the western Jutland countryside with a view of the sea only 700 meters away. There is a ball pitch and a large playground at the hostel and there is only a few steps to the local grocery store, which also has a small café.

The landscape around Fjaltring is characterized by the latest ice age in Denmark, which is why the scenery offers both hilly terrain and flatland within a small radius. It is therefore ideal to use the natural possibilities. Among other things, marked cycle routes as well as a beach at the water are nearby.

Rooms
The hostel has 11 rooms, which are differently equipped so you can book the room fitting your desires. Some are equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette and some are quite spartanly furnished. There is also a large living room with a TV, a common kitchen, a lovely dining room and Wi-Fi access in the entire house.

Danhostel Fjaltring is located near the Tuskær cultural center that often hosts art exhibitions, concerts, lectures, etc. Six km to the north lies Bovbjerg Klint with its famous lighthouse. 10 km to the south lies the bustling fishing village Thorsminde.

Therefore, if you desire a stunning accommodation opportunity in amazing surroundings and an atmosphere that has been permeated by the Western-Western mood, then Danhostel Fjaltring is a safe choice.

See you!
